Call Center Program "Consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war"

Purpose: To record the facts of the crime of the Russian-Ukrainian war against the civilian population, so that no one is forgotten.

Objective: To collect various information and systematize it. Thanks to the information provided, to establish communication between human needs and benefactors who can cover human needs.

 

Stages of implementation

1) Organization of the program

- rent of premises, purchase of office equipment for the call center.

- agreement with mob. operator about the room and payment

- arrangement of two workplaces

- search for volunteers (operators) to receive calls

- Decide on the information collection system

- We prescribe operator dialogues

- We will receive information from the victims

 

2) Dissemination and communication of information about the Program to the public

          - design and distribute leaflets

          - negotiate with all-Ukrainian and local businesses on the distribution of this program

          - when expanding the program, negotiate with radio and TV

          - Gypsy Radio

 

3) Planning the results

   - CF "I Want to Live" in 3-5 months will be heard by citizens of Ukraine

   - The information that will be received by the program will be systematized into sections and statistical counting will be carried out

   - Long-term program

   - after the end of the war, it will be possible to expand/add a section about the military (fallen, missing, those in captivity)

- relatives could find information about relatives

- Other useful results of the program

With the expansion of the number of calls, it will be necessary to increase the number of operators (workplaces). As a result, the costs of the Program will increase.
