Goal: To document the crimes committed against civilians during the Russian-Ukrainian war so that no one is forgotten.
Objective: To collect and systematize various information. Using the information provided, to establish communication between people in need and philanthropists who can meet their needs.

Stages of implementation
1) Organization of the program
- Renting premises, purchasing office equipment for the call center.
- Agreement with a mobile operator on the number and payment
- Setting up two workstations
- Search for volunteers (operators) to answer calls
- Decide on a system for collecting information
- Write scripts for operators
- Obtain information from victims
2) Disseminating and communicating information about the program to the public
- Develop and distribute flyers
- negotiate with national and local businesses to distribute information about the program
- negotiate with radio and TV stations when expanding the program
- Gypsy radio
3) Planning results
- In 3-5 months, the “I Want to Live” Charitable Foundation will be well known among Ukrainian citizens
- Information received by the program will be systematized by section and statistically calculated
- The program is long-term
- After the war ends, it will be possible to expand/add a section about military personnel (those killed, missing in action, or captured)
- Relatives will be able to find information about their loved ones
- Other useful results of the program
