18-Year-Old Ivan Lagoda Was Laid to Rest

Ivan Lagoda was a young man from the Kochubei community in the Kherson region who dreamed of becoming an officer and dedicating his life to serving Ukraine. He was a sophomore at the Kyiv Military Institute named after the Heroes of Kruty, making plans for the future and choosing the path of serving his country.

Unfortunately, Ivan’s heart suddenly stopped. He was only 18 years old…

The “I Want to Live” Charitable Foundation joined the funeral procession to pay tribute to the young man and support his loved ones during this time of irreparable loss.

Ivan’s life was cut short far too soon. He dreamed of becoming an officer and serving Ukraine, but his future was tragically cut short.
